The first book review went so well, I thought I should do another one.  Honestly, this is something that I should do more often as I think there are a ton of great books out there that offer such a huge insight to how to improve, not only our physical performance, but our mental performance as well.

Foam rolling has been something that has interested me for many years now and to be honest, I think it started the the first time I tried it with a client.  They were complaining about being tight in the hips and calves and stretching just didn't seem to be enough to help with what they were experiencing.   At that time, I had been hearing more and more information about foam rolling and as luck would have it, the gym we were t just happened to have one.  So we tried it out.

After about 10 minutes of using the foam roller, they began to notice the tension begin to slowly dissipate.  I found it extremely fascinating that something so overlooked, had the potential to relieve persistent discomfort so quickly.

As you can imagine, I read through books left and right and the one that stuck out to me the most what Kyle Stull's "Complete Guide to Foam Rolling".

Just to be up front, that is an affiliate link, it will bring you to an Amazon page.

On the podcast, I talk a little more about the book.
