I think at one time or another a coach will run into these three different variables and really have to dig down with their client to figure out what they really need.
Let first define each word.
Inspiration: the process of being mentally stimulated to do or feel something, especially to do something creative.
Motivation: the reason or reasons one has for acting or behaving in a particular way.
Accountability: the fact or condition of being accountable; responsibility.
After looking at these, which one is going to guarantee that you reach your goal? Sure, you could say that it could be a mix of all three, but we both know that at the end of the day if you're not being held accountable, you're not going to reach that goal.
