Hello, my name is Jim Young and I've been involved in the health and fitness industry for over a decade. Having earned a Bachelors and Masters degree in exercise physiology, I've spent the last 10+ years as a coach, personal trainer, and educator. My goal has always been simple, to help people reach their full potential and live a healthy and happy life.

MissionFor some, their mission is to do nothing more than earn a living. For others, their mission is to make a difference in the lives of those they love. In my case, my mission is to help people to make a better life for themselves through movement, and to make a better life for those around them. I do this by helping people realize they have more control over their bodies than they realize. When people feel good about themselves and can feel how powerful they are, great things can happen. That's what I want to be a part of.
